Is the meat Halal?

All the products in the catalog are 100% Halal and all fresh products.

 

Is the meat fresh or frozen?

All the products are fresh from the same day; we don’t sell frozen meat.

 

What are the delivery charges?

There are no delivery charges applicable to all customers.


What is the delivery time?

Delivery will be between 8 am and 2 pm.


Do you provide custom cuts?

Yes, we do offer a number of different cuts. Please drop in a mail at support@freshyeat.com along with the order id and mention the type of cuts.  


Do you deliver all over India?

We only cater service to Mumbai, currently the list of location of delivery are mention in the terms and condition section.


Do I need to compromise on quality?

No, you doesn’t need to compromise on quality as the products are of utmost fresh quality, properly cleaned and packed in a fresh container.


Do you accept bulk orders?

Any birthday, party, engagement, wedding or any such special celebrations we provide bulk orders, please leave detail information on contact us section.

Can I pay by using my credit card?

Is Net Banking options available for the payment?
